CFA 北京协会诚邀阁下参与喇叭沟门登山活动。这里有北京近郊较美的秋景。您不仅可以强身健体，还可以欣赏深秋美景。

Gather at 7:00 a.m. at Winland International Center, 7 Finance Street, Xicheng District
集合时间：上午 7:00

Gather at 7:30 a.m. at McDonald’s, Oriental Ginza, East City Zone, Beijing
(nearest subway station is Dongzhi Men)

Cost: - RMB 80 per person for members of CFA Society Beijing
- RMB 90 per person for other CFA Institute members/ CFA Program candidates
- RMB 100 per person for non-membersn-candidates/guests
(The fee includes round-trip transportation and admission, but excludes the CFA Society Beijing Hiking Gathering Sunday, 19 October 2014lunch cost, which the participants will share. The above fees are estimates only;it will be adjusted according to actual expenses.)
Capacity: 45 pax
Lunch: Lunch will be at a farmhouse.
Dress Code: Sports


Attention:
(1) Participants must stay with the team; inappropriate or dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.
(2) 参加者必须以团体速度为准，严禁个人英雄主义。
(3) Participants should purchase insurance in accordance with their needs and at their own cost.
保险费用如果需要自行负责。
(4) Participants should have their breakfast in the morning before arrival and bring lunch and water. We will have a brief field lunch during the trek.
参加活动前请提前吃完早饭。请自备午餐和饮品，我们将在野外用餐。
(5) Participants should wear sports/outdoor shoes (leather shoes and high-heel shoes are strictly prohibited), sports/outdoor clothes, bring their own equipment and ensure they have sufficient clothes and a raincoat in case of unexpected weather.
参加者必须穿着运动鞋或户外登山鞋(绝对禁止穿皮鞋或者高跟鞋)、运动服或户外冲锋衣裤，并请根据自身需求自备适当的装备，请根据个人情况准备好充足的衣物并自备雨衣以应对多变
的天气。 
(6) Participants must bring at least one form of mobile communication equipment, such as a mobile phone or hand-held radio.
参加者必须携带至少一种移动通信设备，如手机、手台等。
(7) Participants are advised to bring some basic medication, such as plasters, analgesics and any other personal medicine.
参加者请携带常用药品如创可贴、止痛剂以及个人特药等。
(8) The activities will be conducted in Mandarin. For participants who do not understand Mandarin, our Organizing Committee members will try to assist in translation.
活动以普通话进行，活动委员会委员可协助翻译。


TERMS & CONDITIONS:
I hereby declare that I and my accompanying person(s) am/are physically fit, and I understand that I am entering CFA Society Beijing - Hiking (The Event) entirely at my own risk.2. I hereby confirm and agree that I will not hold CFA Society Beijing, or those persons
organizing the Event (The Organizing Committee) on behalf of CFA Society Beijing,responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damages to or losses or destruction of personal properties arising during the Event.
I hereby expressly agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the Organizing Committee.
I hereby agree to indemnify or reimburse CFA Society Beijing and the Organizing Committee in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by CFA China and the Organizing Committee arising from or in connection with alleged damages arising from my participation in the Event.
本人确定个人及同行者之身体状况完全适合参加这次「北京金融分析师协会爬山聚会」(下称「活动」)。本人倘于参加活动期间或其后、或者在往返途中，或者在其它场合，因意外或不幸事故，或者在由此活动引起或与此活动相关的情况下死亡、受伤、财物损毁、遗失，或遭受任何其它经济损失或随之发生之损失，本人将自行承担一切责任。本人同意遵从一切由活动委员会委员决定之条款及守则。此活动之主办机构、活动委员会委员或任何对此活动提供服务之机构或人士，毋须就此作出任何赔偿或负上任何法律责任。倘本人在活动期间发生事故，因而导致此活动之主办机构或活动委员会委员支付额外费用，本人愿意向此活动之主办机构或活动委员会委员作出赔偿。

Registration and Cancellation Policy
1. Cash payment must be made at registration desk.
2. Cancellation in writing must be received by 17 October 2014 (Friday).
3. Substitution is allowed. Please notify us in writing on or before by 17 October 2014
(Friday).
4. CFA Beijing reserves the right to change the date or cancel the event.
